How do I setup my e-mail in Outlook / Outlook Express?

  • When you are in Outlook click on "TOOLS" then click Accounts
  • In the accounts window, click "ADD" then click "MAIL"
  • Follow the directions, when Outlook asks your server information, select POP3
  • Your incoming and outgoing mail server is mail.yourdomain.com
  • Enter your user name and password. Click finish.
  • You will now see your new mail account listed "mail.yourdomain.com". Double click on that mail account.
  • A new window will open. On the top of that window you will see the tabs "General, Servers Connection, Security, Advanced."
  • Click "Servers", On the bottom of the window mark the check box, "My server requires authentication."
  • Click "Apply" then "OK"
  • You're Done!

Can I check my e-mail while I am on the road?

  • In your web browser type http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail
  • Type in your username and password when you are prompted to.

How do I logon and administer my Web Server?

  • In your web browser type in http://www.yourdomain.com/admin
  • A new window will appear prompting you for your username and password.
  • Once you enter your correct username and password you will be redirected to your Webserver's Control Panel.
  • If you have lost your user name and password please call (877) 4ETHINK and someone will help you reset your username and password.

How come I can not connect to MySQL server or Database?

  • Make sure that you add your database prefix name to your database name in your code. If your database is called ducks, then you should refer to the database in your code as yourdomain_com_-_ducks
  • Make sure you have the right Username and Password for server.
  • Don't use Localhost as your host name. Instead use 127.0.0.1

How do I reset my print server?

  • Do not press the reset button on the back of your print server, this will reset the settings. Instead, just unplug the power for a few seconds then plug it back in.
  • Make sure that you're printer didn't revert to "use printer offline" by right clicking your on your printer in your "Printer and Faxes" window and take the check off of "use printer offline".

How do I access my company address book online?

  • You must order this option by calling (877) 4ETHINK, it is a one-time charge of $200.00. If you already have done so then go to the next step.
  • In your web browser type in http://www.yourdomain.com/addressbook
  • Once you enter your correct username and password you will be re-directed to your Company address book
  • If you have lost your user name and password please call (877) 4ETHINK and someone will help you reset your username and password.
